I feel sorry for this dog. His master is not being very nice to him. Telling him about all that yummy food and eating it all himself. Not sharing anything with his best friend. That is just mean. Another thing I do not like about this video is I can see my moms mind at work. She is thinking about videos she can make of me. I do not mind just so she does not torture me the way this dogs dad did.

Bad, bad dad. But, I am sure tat the dad gave the talking dog treats after he tortured him.

I like the first two stanzas (nice word for a dog huh?) but the last one is a little bit sad.

Update! The babies have found homes of their own. Yeah! I am happy for them

One noise I really hate is the Güira. It is that metal thing that people play, or think they play, music with. That sound is so annoying to my ears. My mom says she does not really like that sound either but at least she does not go into a panic mode when she hears it like I do. Now that mom knows I do not like that sound she tries to take me out of the place if someone starts playing that thing which I really appreciate. It is strange though, when I hear it on a recording with other music it does not bother my doggie ears. But when I hear it live it is sooo annoying. I do not know if other dogs feel the same but for those of you who like playing this instrument, if you see me somewhere, please try to not play it or at least tell my mom first so we can leave the place. Thank you.

A few days ago mom took me to a place to meet a friend of hers, now my friend too, that is a veterinarian. He will come to to your house if you live in the Santo Domingo area. This is how much he loves us animals. His name is Gabriel and his number is 809-272-7968. He also does grooming.

These are some pictures of me in the Colmado and some friends I met there. I had a good time.

Also, some human had a laptop computer. Mom and I told him to go to my blog and watch my Christmas Video Card. He and his friends laughed and laughed at my card. I love to hear the sound of those humans laughing. I am glad they enjoyed it.

I watched it and it was cute but I just did not get the humor in it. Then I watched it again because the mom will not stop playing it. I think I get it. It is funny.

Merry Christmas to all my blog readers. Make sure your best friends are comfortable and happy. They might get a little overwhelmed with all the excitement of the holidays so give them someplace to hide if they need to. Also make sure they stay warm. Give them big loving, just like my mom gives me.

I went to Casa Reales. They were so nice to me. They said when there are not many visitors to the museum I can come in and check it out. They have the traditional Nativity Creche scene. The Mother Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus in the manger with the angel flying overhead. It was really pretty but moms camera just would not take a good picture so they are a little cloudy. She did not want to put them up but I told her that they were better than nothing and that if she was a good girl I would let her take me back and try for some better pictures. But, she has to be a really good mom or I won’t go there.

The big Christmas Tree by Coca-Cola is up at Plaza España. Mom says they do it every year but this is the first time I have seen it. It is really pretty and big. Wow! I wanted to go to Harry’s Bar and sit for a while, they are nice to me there, but mom wanted to keep walking.

Mom and I walked around some more and came back to the Plaza when it was getting dark on our way home. We got to see the tree all lit up. The lights were so bright and pretty. I liked the top where it looked like the lights were dripping. There was a group of kids singing and talking on a stage. Mom tried to take a picture but none came out very good.

I was happy to get home. We made it just in time before the fire works started. I do not like them very much so I was happy that I could hide away in my house for all those banging noises. Mom and I had a fun time. I hope there will be more Christmas pictures coming soon.

I think I smelt a pirate. Mom said Sir Francis Drake destroyed this place and took over Santo Domingo around the year 1586 so maybe thats who I caught a whiff of. Cannot believe my sniffer works from that far back.

Mom said the main part of this monastery started being built in 1509. I really could care less about all those dates and stuff. All I know is the place is really old the same as most of the Zona Colonial. It looks really cool too.

I thought it was interesting to see all those birds mom called pigeons all over the building. Mom said the park that I was in the neighbors call it pigeon park so maybe thats why all those birds are there. I am wondering where is the dog park (I can make a joke too).

There are all sorts of strange rocks laying around the yard here. I wanted to check it out but mom said she did not want me going in there this visit. I think the place is haunted. I was a little nervous and it was not because of all the people and dogs around. This picture has two shadows on the far fence. Maybe they are ghosts??

I like MY Fort. I like MY morning pee and poop time quiet. But..NOOO…these strangers have to come and make it all difficult for me.

Normally the front of Fortelaza Ozama is quiet in the morning.

There might be a person or two or a police man standing at the Puerta de San Diego but nothing like whats going on now. This is terrible.

Why can’t the movie making people come at a decent time and leave me to my quiet mornings? I guess this is the life when you are living in Colonial Zone.
